- 6 slice of Corned Beef
- 2 - 3 slices baby Swiss cheese
- 4 slices of sourdough bread
- Thousand Island dressing
- 2 tablespoon butter for grilling
- 1/2 cup sauerkraut, drained a towel dried
- Layer the bread, with the thousand island dressing, corned beef, Swiss cheese, and sauerkraut. Butter the bread and place onto the grill butter side down, flip after two minutes. Continue to grill over medium heat until the cheese is fully melted.
- If you are not a fan of Thousand Island dressing serve with mustard.
