The perfect holiday party recipe for Sangria Rojo

Holiday Sangria Rojo

Serves 50
One of the most successful drinks that I have created is my sangria. When serving a large number of people this recipe will serve you well. I just had my annual holiday ornament exchange and served 50 ladies, yes, that is correct 50! This is a recipe I have perfected over the years. This year I found some fresh Meyers lemons and added Mandarin juice. It was amazing! As this year comes to a close I want to thank you my viewers for your love and support. You INSPIRE me everyday! Wishing you and yours a blessed Christmas and Holiday Season. May the New Year ahead be your best year yet! With Much LOVE and GRATITUDE - Cecelia

Prep Time

Ingredients
  1. 2 liters Ginger Ale or 7 Up
  2. 3 liters Dark Red Wine
  3. Juice of two oranges or 6 petite Mandarin oranges
  4. Juice of two limes
  5. Juice of two Meyers Lemons
  6. For Garnish
  7. One sliced lime
  8. One sliced orange
  9. Once sliced apple
  10. Once sliced lemon
Instructions
  1. Pour wine and ginger ale into large glass serving container. Then add fresh squeezed juice. Mix slowly. Add about 12 cups of ice. Do NOT mix! (It can fizz up and overflow - take it from me it creates a giant sticky mess.) Garnish with lime, lemon, orange and apple slices. Serve as needed.
Notes
  1. If you have any leftover sangria - remove fruit and store in airtight container. Will store up to 3 days in refrigerator.
