Watermelon Aqua Fresca a healthy, low carb summer drink. Made with fresh watermelon and mint.

- 2 cups watermelon
- 1 1/2 cups fresh mint (about 8 - 10 small sprigs)
- Sparkling Water
- In a large glass jar add watermelon and mint.
- Top off with sparking water.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
- The longer it rests the more flavor it adds to the sparkling water.
- TIP: I like mine to rest overnight. It really give the sparking water a chance to absorb all the fresh flavors of the watermelon and mint.

Watermelon Mint Aqua Fresca – a natural and healthy alternative to soda. You can even use lemonade with this recipe instead of sparkling water.
