Triple Berry Tart

Serves 12
This is a delightful recipe, made with fresh black berries, strawberries and blueberries. Honestly fresh produce makes a world of differnce when cooking or baking. The recipe was inspired by dear friends that gave me fresh strawberries from their garden. I used most of the berries in a fresh strawberry smoothie that I made for my children, and had some strawberries leftover that got a little bruised, and not wanting to waste these organic home grown treasures, I put them into this lovely triple berry tart. I used a prepared pie crust to make this recipe quick and easy. This triple berry tart would be great as a dessert or a snack with coffee or tea. The fresh berries make all the difference, making this dessert a fresh and tasty treat. After I baked this, I thought of serving more fresh strawberries on top of the tart, with vanilla ice cream. I didn't have any ice cream or extra strawberries on hand, but if you make this, you might want to consider serving the fresh berries on top of the tart instead of baking them, and serving it with a delicious scoop of vanilla ice cream. Either way it will be amazing. And a shout out to my friends Chris and Cynthia for sharing their home grown strawberries, it was a special treat and I deeply appreciate you sharing your delicious strawberries with me and my family. I hope you enjoy this recipe and I love, love, love hearing from you. Please follow me on Facebook and Pinterest. Happy Memorial Day to you and your families. Bon Appetit, Cecelia
