- 8 boiled Eggs, peeled and chopped
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon dill relish
- 1 teaspoon whole grain mustard
- 2 pinches of lemon pepper
- 1 tablespoon red onion, chopped super fine
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
- Fresh thyme for garnish
- Butter and sourdough bread for sandwich
- Add all ingredients into mixing bowl.
- Mix until combined.
- Taste and add salt and pepper as needed.

Gluten Free Appetizer – with a tasty egg salad. The secret ingredients are fresh thyme, red onion, dill relish, lemon pepper and whole grain mustard (I like the good stuff from France) – these ingredients create one delicious appetizer.
