Southwestern Hash Browns – Crispy Hash Browns topped with fresh roasted New Mexico green chile and cheddar cheese. Delish!


- 1 package (30 ounces) Hash Browns
- 4 tablespoons Canola Oil
- 1 - 2 cups Fresh Roasted Green Chile, chopped
- 2 cups Mexican Cheese Blend
- Fry hash browns according to package instructions. Making sure they are crispy on both sides. Top with fresh roasted green chile and Mexican cheese blend. Serve immediately.
- These are great topped with an egg for breakfast. Southwestern Style Hash Browns are also great for lunch or dinner.
