Southwestern Style Hash Browns this is a very simple recipe, but an amazingly delicious one. I have an old hang out near the University of New Mexico. When I was going to college in the early 1980's I use to eat these all the time. Crispy hash browns piled high with fresh roasted green chile and cheddar cheese. I could make a meal out of them. The key is to fry the hash browns until they are perfectly crispy. This stuff is amazing! Here is my simple and easy recipe for Southwestern Style Hash Browns. Bon Appetit, Cecelia
