This Pumpkin Bread is so EASY to make and is the perfect dessert or snack for fall. I do make it all year because my children love eating it so much. I must confess I love it too, especially in the morning with a cup of coffee. You can use the same recipe for muffins if you need a snack for school or the office. It would make a great brunch menu item as well. My children enjoy decorating the muffins with Halloween spiders and an array of sprinkles! Happy Halloween Eve. . . Bon Appetit, Cecelia
