With Football season here and the holidays quickly approaching it is always good to have a few crowd pleasing appetizer recipes on hand and this is one of my husband’s favorite dishes. It is basically a chicken wing minus the skin and bone. Easy to make and loaded with roasted chicken, blue cheese, hot sauce, cheedar cheese and cream cheese. This is a scrumptious dish that is bursting with flavor . . . . your guests will LOVE IT!
Buffalo Chicken Dip
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
In a medium saucepan over moderate heat, melt the cream cheese until smooth, about 3 minutes. Add the hot sauce and chicken and mix well. Transfer the mixture to a 9-inch pie plate and sprinkle the crumbled blue cheese and cheddar cheese on top. Bake until hot and bubbly, about 25 – 30 minutes. Serve with crackers and celery sticks.
