Well I managed another 14 hour day at the International Food Blogging Conference. Today was great, filled with some great wine tasting and food pairing by Bordeaux, a great demonstration from Ninja with some new healthy alternatives, and a great class on writing put on by Dianne Jacob the author of “Will Write for Food”. I have met so many fabulous people and had some great conversations about eating healthy, cleaning with natural products and some great projects that are happening across America. Some many great things but I think the highlight of my day lecture on Food Photography by Todd Coleman. He gave so amazing tips on creative food photography and presentation. I enjoyed this photos and and insight to setting up food and contrasting color and using light to create depth in photography. Amazing information.
Interesting Tidbits:
On the cover of Dianne Jacob’s book is a quote “I wish I’d read Dianne’s book before I started a tiny little food blog on a whim years ago. for current and aspiring food writers, it’s positively dripping with helpful advice and information!” Ree Drummond, The Pioneer Woman
Bigelow Tea not has some new flavors of tea including Lemon Ginger with Probiotics and Chamomile Vanilla with Honey!
