Ooh la, la . . . Greek Lemon Chicken on the Grill! I know it is totally ridiculous how excited I get over great food, but it is one of life’s simple pleasures. Crazy as it may be, this recipe makes me happy. It must be the association with family and sharing amazing food. I thoroughly enjoy sharing meals with those I love and feel blessed that I can share that with you.
Many of you know I am part Greek . . . and this is a family favorite. Greek lemon chicken is traditionally roasted in the oven and served with roasted potatoes. I am always changing thing up and wanted to experiment with a grilled version.
It turned out amazing . . . if I say so myself. My husband gave it rave reviews – a man and his meat! Regardless, it was sensational. So here is my very own version of Greek Lemon Chicken on the grill.
Bon Appetit,
