Cheesy Chipotle Sliders with Guacamole

Cheesy Chipotle Sliders with Guacamole , I like the patties to get a nice brown crisp on them, that is when I know they are cooked perfectly.

For the Cheesy part of the recipe – cut the standard slice cheese into equal parts of four. Stack two small slices on top of each hamburger patty and allow it to melt. I use a paper towel to absorb the excess fat.
