This Broccoli and Cauliflower Coleslaw is so easy to make and is a nice light addition to grilled chicken, fish tacos, pork chops or any thing you want to serve along side it. It is light and fresh and the red wine vinaigrette gives it a nice tangy bite. It is crunchy and bursting with flavor. I like it with best with fish tacos and grilled chicken or just by itself over a bowl of lettuce. This slaw is a great go to when you need a quick salad. All the raw vegetables make this a very healthy salad dish.
Red Wine Vinaigrette
½ cup red wine vinegar
½ cup olive oil
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon old bay seasoning
1 tablespoon stone ground Dijon mustard
Salt and Pepper to taste
Dressing: In food processor add all dressing ingredients. Pulse until all ingredients are incorporated.
Salad: In large mixing bowl add all your slaw ingredients: Add dressing mix well and serve.

Yum Broccoli and Cauliflower slaw looks good. I look forward to making it this weekend. I make a salad in a jar (mason) and have it for lunch, I make them on Sunday and have them ready for the week.
