Pork chops are something I don’t make on a regular basis. When I do make them I really enjoy them, especially when they are topped with fresh sautéed cinnamon apples. Everyone in my house came back for seconds when I made this delicious dish. Cinnamon apples are a great way to use up apples in your fridge. We always keep apples on hand for a snack and sometimes they will get a little mushy and this recipe is a super way to use up the extra apples.
