This recipe will have everyone coming back for more . . . . Bon Appetite, Cecelia
4 cups Fruit Loops
4 cups Rice Krispies
2 (10 ounce) bags of marshmallow
2 sticks butter
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste (or vanilla extract)
1 teaspoon Canola oil (for Greasing mixing bowl, cookie sheet and spoon)
Directions: In a large greased bowl add the Lucky Charms and Rice Krispies cereal. With the Canola Oil a large stainless steel spoon make sure to cover both sides of the spoon as well as at least half the handle. This will make mixing much easier. Also, oil a large cookie sheet. Set all aside. In an extra large skillet melt the butter on medium low heat. Once melted add bag of marshmallows. Allow to heat and begin folding marshmallows over with a large spatula. Keep stirring until all the marshmallow has completely melted then add the teaspoon of vanilla bean paste and a few drops of food coloring. Mix until fully blended. Pour into bowl with Fruit Loops and Rice Krispies. Mix quickly being carefully to cover all the cereal. Pour onto greased cookie sheet while pressing down with the back side of the stainless steel spoon. This will help to make it even. Allow to cool 30 minutes before slicing.
