Homemade Red Chile Sauce is way more savory than buying pre-made. This recipe is super simple and quick. Paul’s Red Chile Sauce is flavorful and spicy! The recipe calls for Loma Vista Hot Red Chile Powder which you can find in my online store. Otherwise, any red chile powder should work effectively. Paul’s Red Chile Sauce
16 ounces of canned diced tomatoes (whole or crushed)
1 Small Yellow Onion, chopped
1/4 cup of Loma Vista Hot Red Chile Powder
1/2 cup Water
1 Teaspoon of Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Directions: In a medium saucepan place all of the ingredients. Simmer them for 10 minutes, or until flavors are blended. Place the sauce in a food processor and purée it. Enjoy on top of a Breakfast Burrito, Beef Bean Burrito, Carne Adovada, Huevos Rancheros and more.
