Grilled Lamb Patties with Feta & Mint
If you enjoy Greek food you will really enjoy this recipe for Grilled Lamb Patties with Feta & Mint. This is a great and simple dinner option and perfect for entertaining, because there is minimum effort required. You also have the option to serve them on a bun or in a pita pocket. At Casa Linda we like the lamb patties served simple with a little mint jelly, and for extra flavor I add some fresh chopped mint and feta cheese to the burger, before grilling and this makes for a tasty decadent burger experience. I almost always serve the lamb patties with couscous, couscous makes for an easy and side dish option. Couscous cooks in five minutes and by adding some frozen petite peas and a little olive oil and garlic powder to the water it all comes together quite nicely. I also made this unbelievable Broccoli & Snap Pea Salad with Tahini Dressing, it is definitely a new personal favorite. It is a must try! I had it at a dinner party recently and couldn’t stop nibbling on it. See that recipe in my next post. Until next week my friends, eat well and stay healthy. Enjoy your friends and family and share you food experience with me.
