Fourth of July at our house is usually a relaxing weekend spent with family and friends around the pool. I like making great food that can be made ahead of time so I can enjoy the holiday with my family and friends. This recipe for Curry Egg Salad is extra tasty and simple to prepare and the presentation is exceptional and festive. I hope you and your loved ones will enjoy this delicious recipe. Ingredients
- 8 boiled eggs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped sweet onion
- 1/4 cup finely chopped celery
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon prepared whole grain mustard
- 1 heaping teaspoon of curry powder
- Pinch of sea salt to taste
- Fresh Ground Pepper to taste
Instructions
- In large mixing bowl add Chopped eggs, onion, celery, mayonnaise, mustard,
- curry powder, salad and fresh ground pepper. Mix until well blended. Serve on
- a crusty roll.
- TIP: This egg salad can be made a day ahead. Store egg salad for up to 24hours in an air tight container.
