Acai Berry Breakfast Bowl what an awesome breakfast. This is super healthy and super delicious. My kids beg me to make this. At our local juice bar these run about $10 each and with a family of four that adds up quickly. Acai Berry Bowls are fun to make. Add your favorite fruit, nuts, granola and top with coconut! I sometimes add raw honey to make it a little sweeter and often add bananas. I only had one banana on hand and added into the acai blender mix. I think it adds a creamy texture to the blend. Ingredients
- 2 packages of acai super fruit smoothie mix
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen organic blueberries
- 2 cups ice cubes
Topping ingredients
- 2 cups granola
- 1 cup nuts (optional)
- 2 cups sliced organic strawberries
- 2 cups organic blueberries
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- Raw honey (optional)
Instructions
- Add acai super fruit mix to blender, along with ice, and frozen blueberries. Mix in blender until blended. Pour into four separate bowls. Top each bowl with granola, nuts, blueberries, strawberries, and shredded coconut. Serve and EAT immediately! YUM!
