
Acai Berry Breakfast Bowl

- 2 packages of acai super fruit smoothie mix
- 1 banana
- 1 cup frozen organic blueberries
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 2 cups granola
- 1 cup nuts (optional)
- 2 cups sliced organic strawberries
- 2 cups organic blueberries
- 1 cup shredded coconut
- Raw honey (optional)
- Add acai super fruit mix to blender, along with ice, and frozen blueberries. Mix in blender until blended. Pour into four separate bowls. Top each bowl with granola, nuts, blueberries, strawberries, and shredded coconut. Serve and EAT immediately! YUM!

Acai Berry Breakfast Bowl – a healthy start for your day.
My daughter begs me to make these for her. We eat them about twice a week now. Usually during the week, because I usually make a hearty traditional breakfast over the weekend.
