Lemon Balm is one of the most under-utilized herbs. This small but powerful herb has extraordinary health benefits. Lemon Balm not only smells great but is great. Ingredients
- 4 cup water
- 4 cups lemon balm leaves including stems
Instructions
- Wash leaves thoroughly.
- Bring 4 cusp water to a boil.
- Then add the lemon Balm and allow to seep for 5 – 10 minutes.
- Pour over ice or drink warm.
